Resilience built by practitioners

Resilera is built from AWS infrastructure and enterprise operations experience. The platform gives teams a practical way to assess resilience before bringing in consultants.

The app carries operational judgement into the first step: mapping dependencies, surfacing recovery risk and giving teams a shared view before remediation or validation work begins.

Why the platform exists

Recovery plans often look complete until the first real dependency, ownership or control plane constraint appears. The platform exists to make those constraints visible early.

Some teams use the platform independently. Others bring in Resilera for additional validation, remediation planning or operational guidance.

Why Resilera?

We have seen recovery work succeed when teams understand the real operating path, not just the diagram or runbook. Resilera is built around that practical view.

Resilience practitioners behind the platform

Richard Ford

Richard Ford

Co-Founder

Richard has spent his career designing, operating and recovering large scale cloud and infrastructure environments across Asia Pacific.

His experience includes engineering and infrastructure leadership roles at AWS, Adobe and Versent, and he currently leads Cloud and Infrastructure at Software @ Scale, working in environments where operational reliability directly affects customers and revenue.

He has worked through platform failures, recovery events and infrastructure scaling challenges first hand, with a focus on keeping complex systems stable under pressure.

Today, he helps organisations improve resilience through practical architecture, operational clarity and calm execution during change and recovery.

Andrew Goifeld

Andrew Goifeld

Co-Founder

Andrew has spent more than two decades helping organisations operate critical systems under pressure.

His background spans disaster recovery, business continuity and cloud resilience, including 11 years at AWS focused on resilience and operational recovery.

He has worked through outages, recovery events and high pressure operational failures first hand, helping teams turn resilience from a theoretical exercise into practical operational capability.

Today, he focuses on helping organisations build resilience practices that are measurable, actionable and realistic to operate day to day.
